We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different style), please contact us and we’ll guide you through the quickest option.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, we may not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging/components.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
