Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent once your order ships (when available).

2️⃣ Returns / Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.

How do I request an exchange?

Are your lenses UV protected?
Yes. All sunglasses offer UV400 protection unless stated otherwise.

Do frames come with lenses?
Frames are shipped with demo lenses unless otherwise specified.

4️⃣ Order / Support

Can I change my address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
